HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! I hit the jackpot when I googled Katy Perry. This adorable USA inspired romper is of course patriotic but very tasteful and shows off her figure very well! The rhinestone pantyhose was a nice touch to keep her sparkling throughout the entire night. She wore this at the Inaugural Kids concert back in January 2013.
